Eligibility
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery. Because each product is made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind beyond this window.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@feyflora.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
